By accessing or using RoofRatesPro you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not submit a quote request or otherwise use the service.
2. Service description
RoofRatesPro is a free-to-use comparison-shopping tool. We collect the project details you submit and route them to one or more independent roofing improvement companies and their marketing platforms. We are not ourselves a roofing contractor, do not perform installations, and do not guarantee any specific quote, price, or outcome.
3. Eligibility
The service is intended for U.S. homeowners 18 years of age or older. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is your own and accurate.
4. Authorized contact
By clicking the “Get My Quote” button (or any equivalent submit control), you authorize RoofRatesPro and up to four matched home-improvement companies to contact you by phone, SMS, and email — including via automated technology and pre-recorded messages — at the phone number and email address you provide, even if those are on a Do Not Call or other suppression list. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) submit information about anyone other than yourself without their permission, (b) use the service to harvest leads or compete with us, or (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofRatesPro disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or of any matched provider’s services.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the U.S.
